Company Secretary Assistant for FTSE 00 Retail Company, London.

Your new company

A Global FTSE100 Retail company based in London is looking for a bright, motivated and exceptional Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a company who pride themselves on providing support and guidance to their employees.

Your new role

You will report to the Senior Assistant Company Secretary, but work closely with the entire team, providing support on all Company Secretarial matters. You will see yourself getting involved with committee & project work, Annual reports, subsidiary management and PLC responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be part ICSA qualified, with at least 12 months experience in a company secretarial role. You will have a 'go-getter' attitude, and possess a confidence & gravitas to work with people at all levels. Previous Listed experience would be ideal but not essential, however, you should have IT skills, an excellent communicator and working knowledge of UK Companies Act.
