The Role:
Your day to day role as a Business Development Manager will involve selling Incentive Travel to a wide range of industries. You will be calling on HR Managers, trying to get your foot in the door. Your time will be split sourcing new business and account management. You will be required to make cold-calls, research and chase up any referrals to source new business. You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The company are looking for a Business Development Manage, with a background in selling Incentive Travel. You will need to have a proven track record in new business and success in account management. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.

The Package:
For the role as a business development manager the base salary on offer ranges between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £70,000.
