Your role at SilverDoor and Citybase Apartments

As the Partner Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of maintaining existing and new relationships with property partners.

You’ll also develop brand new relationships with the overall aim of having the biggest networks and best relationships in sector.

Supported by a Head of Supply Management you’ll work closely with maintaining excellent lines of communication with all other departments, while attending and representing the company at all relevant networking opportunities.

Task’s Include:

Negotiating the best possible terms & conditions, cancellation terms, credit terms and commission levelHaving a strong client focus and putting client safety & security at the top of the agendaMaintaining a high standard of communication with international property partners and answering queries within 24 hoursInspecting properties in line with the SilverDoor Verified programmeSecuring rates, ensuring that rate parity is being maintained and loading them in the CMSSecuring all necessary property content and forwarding to data team for loadingRegularly reviewing account performance with the Head of Supply ManagementRegularly meeting assigned accounts and reviewing business opportunities, particularly around additional SilverDoor incomeJoining client team on pitches/presentations if appropriateHaving a strong awareness of business activities that are commercially advantageous and focusing efforts accordinglyCompiling property statsIdeally you’ll have:
