Experienced Assessor / Trainer
Maloy & Flynn Recruitment is an employment consultancy acting on behalf of a midlands based training provider who is looking to take on an Experienced Assessor / Trainer.
This is a predominantly field based role covering Coventry and Birmingham dependent on the learners’ work place and as such all applicants must have a full, clean driving licence and their own reliable transport.
This is a permanent, full time career opportunity working Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm and offering a salary between £18,000 and £22,500 dependent on experience.
Qualifications you will be delivering will include Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management.
What experience do you need?
• You need to be a fully qualified Assessor with experience delivering Level 2 -3 NVQ Qualifications in the subjects detailed above
• You will be used to managing a caseload of learners and successfully coaching and mentoring them throughout their apprenticeship programme
• You will be confident, understanding and have outstanding communication skills
