Our client a boutique Investment Management company based in the heart of Mayfair are seeking a Middle Office Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
The position would suit a highly organised and efficient person looking for an opportunity
to make an impact in a successful and rapidly expanding firm and will provide
an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain exposure to the day-to-day workings
of an Investment Management firm.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent time-management skills
and an ability to work under pressure. Duties will ultimately include assisting the Investment
- daily cash management,
- daily trade and position reconciliation
- confirmation of trades with brokers
- liaison with our global custodians
- trade input and maintenance of a Portfolio Management System
Due to the high profile of clients, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate
discretion, outstanding interpersonal skills and a pro-active attitude to all their
job functions. Must be a team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Minimum 12 months experience in middle/back office.
Must be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
