Part-time payroll officer 
20 hours per week 
Monday - 9 -5.30 pm 
Tuesday - 9 -5.30 pm 
Thursday - 10-2pm  

Main responsibilities:
- Management of UK management timesheets
- Collation of individual store timesheets, ensuring hours across multiple sites are reported accurately
- Ensuring fortnightly timesheets are accurate and submitted to outsourced payroll vendor on time 
- Management of Sick leave and Annual Leave requests, ensuring details are accurately reflected in fortnightly timesheets
- Fortnightly update of manual leave schedule; ensuring all forms are forwarded to HR to save on the team members individual file
- Cross check and sign off on each individual fortnightly payments and liaise with the payroll vendor on any errors
- Effectively communicate employee changes with payroll vendor, including end of employment, requests for P45’s etc
- Act as a point of contact for all payroll queries and liaise with HR and or payroll vendor on details and information
- Monthly communication to stores, highlighting individual team member leave balances
- Management and communication of overpayments, including liaising with team members on repayment plans
- Act as a point of contact for all payroll queries and liaise with HR and or payroll vendor on details and information

Key skills:
- Knowledge of relevant industry payroll practices and systems
- Ability to understand HR & Payroll requirements across geographies outside of UK
- Knowledge of relevant industry payroll practices and systems

Relevant experience: 
- 2+ years end to end payroll experience
- Pension and management set up
- Industrial relations knowledge
