CRM and Email Manager
An excellent opportunity has come up to join a well known lconsumer brand for a six month contract role as a CRM and Email Marketing Manager.
The company need someone who can work as part of the marketing team but also autonomously on a number of key projects that need to be delivered.
You will have a key role in helping to shape the following projects:
Key decision maker in choice of their new Email Service Provider, its implementation (ensuring all relevant data is captured in the customer’s journey) and integration with Sales Force.
Set up of their automation work flows, such as welcome, engagement, re-engagement, up-sell.
Create test plans to scope variables, such as subject lines, time zones, creative etc.
Set up and application of relevant tracking dependent on campaign requirements.
Creation of reporting structure, KPI analysis and data insight, along with recommendations for continual commercial improvement.
Develop the in-house teams’ emarketing knowledge and skills.
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for the fairs and ecommerce.
Maintain industry knowledge to ensure our campaigns are innovative and follow best practice.
CRM and emarketing experience covering acquisition, retention and re-engagement
Expertise in relevant systems, CRM (SalesForce or similar), Email Service Providers, Adobe PhotoShop, HTML and CSS
Experience of delivering new emarketing projects
Strong analytical capabilities
