They seek a Product Manager, to work as part of their busy marketing team who deliver engaging, customer-driven content on a global scale.SUMMARYAs Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, planning and driving the execution of the vision for Lead Forensics` existing and future product lines. Possessing a high level of business acumen, as well as strong engineering wherewithal, you should be passionate about representing the needs of our customers and your internal stakeholders to lead a cross-functional teams and own the Product Roadmap. Working with R&Ds, product developers, project managers, and with continual input from senior staff and internal stakeholders you will champion the ongoing commitment to build and deliver world-class product that continues to `wow` customers. You will be one of the Voices of the Product within the business, exciting all teams with our ongoing product vision, training all teams on new product requirements and ensuring our own teams adopt our product as much as our customers do.ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES- Define, execute, and measure the product roadmap, go-to-market plan and business strategy for every new feature and integration release- Think end-to-end by connecting all the pieces of the business (development, marketing, sales, support) to ensure the offering experience delivers world class customer delight- Research, understand and draw insights on customers` pain points and needs through methods such as "follow-me-to-home/office" visits, in-depth interviews, root-cause analysis, and other customer/market research techniques
- Communication with key contributors including software developers, marketing, finance, sales and account management to update on the project status, helping to communicate and resolve issues, shape priorities and maintain project momentum.
- Develop deep customer insights using quantitative and qualitative data, customer research and analytics to represent the customer`s point of view, what they care about and what they need across messaging and positioning to win- Demonstrate effective project management skills for delivering upon all Go-To-Market projects as well as anticipate likely risks and implement mitigation plans
- Liaison with clients to present and gain feedback over product prototypes, refining and enhancing product functionality.
- Coordination of product launch across the relevant business teams- Apply creativity, problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions- Rapidly develop test/learn/test plans to successfully drive business results in areas contested, clear or ambiguousQUALIFICATIONS- Prior excellence in product management roles by translating customer insights and key learning into compelling go-to-market experiences- Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities- Strategic thinker and strong leader with the ability to influence others and make sound decisions decisively based on data or insights- Ability to think through, and deliver, exceptional end-to-end customer experience- Data driven, resourceful and efficient- Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations- Leads and influences effectively within the organization and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results with limited resource- Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of change, start-up mentality and a drive for continuous improvement- Balanced individual who brings `can do` motivation to work every daySalary: Up to £35-45KHours: 9.00am - 5.30pm20 days holidayFree parkingExcellent on site facilities - canteen, shower facilities and many others
