My clients a leading bank based in Canary Wharf currently seek an Emerging Talent Development Manager, 45-55k.

Working within a wider Graduate Recruitment & Development team this role will be responsible for leading and managing two high profile programmes across a section of this bank. Principally this will involve working very closely with programme participants and stakeholders defining commercial, innovative and fit for purpose development programmes in line with the needs of the business and the Emerging talent population, who are Postgraduates with a few years 'in business' experience.

Key deliverables will mainly fall across Learning & Development covering the following areas:

Programme Management - design, management and improvement of development programmes, including senior stakeholder liaison and persuasion.

Management of the Post Graduate population - ongoing liaison in regards to performance, appraisals, pay/bonus.

Relationship management - career planning

Development - coordinating online learning and wider development initiatives such as mentorship programmes and events.

In addition this role will overlap across: Recruitment & Selection with involvement in supporting the wider team in attraction on campus, project management and summer internship programmes.

This is an exciting high profile role for a Learning and Development or Graduate Recruitment specialist with a passion for the development of new talent. My client is open to applicants from a range of HR backgrounds however those with experience of MBA/Graduate development within financial services will be at a distinct advantage.
