My Guildford based client is looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst with previous experience in troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows environment (1st & 2nd line) desktop and server.
You will be the first point of contact for all end user technical issues covering email, hardware, anti-virus, desk moves, network equipment and resetting passwords etc.
This is a varied role where you will be given training, support and the chance to develop. In exchange my client is looking to employ someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about technology and passionate about providing the highest level of customer service.
