Client Details

Our client is a well established industrial company that is located in Coventry. They are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for their growing team. This is a full time, permanent role.

Description

The main duties of the role include:

  • Control Purchase Ledger
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements to purchase accounts
  • Compiling BACS runs
  • Monthly balance sheet and purchase ledger reconciliations
  • Production of month end reports and assisting in the month end close
  • To cover the post of Accounts Receivable
  • To undertake such duties and responsibilities as are within the spirit of the job purpose, the title of the post and its grading
  • To undertake the duties and responsibilities of the post with due regard to equality of opportunities

Profile

The successful candidate will require:

  • Proven Purchase Ledger Clerk experience
  • Good excel skills
  • Strong communication skills

Job Offer

£20,000 - £23,000 Per Annum
