Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive
Pearson Whiffin is currently recruiting for a brilliant Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive position for a market-leading solutions provider to cover the London and South-East area.
Do you have previous Business Development experience in the Facilities Management or Construction industry, in either a telesales or face to face basis, with proven success at winning new business?
Are you looking for a career where your hard work and success will be rewarded with a very competitive basic and uncapped commission?
Are you an excellent communicator with a consultative approach to sales looking for a new challenge?
Do you have a full, clean UK driving licence?

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Sourcing and prospecting new clients to quote for and win new works
- Identifying and visiting relevant sites to carry out accurate surveys and estimations for the technicians
- Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships and attempting to win repeat business
- Being the first point of contact for any out-of-hours emergency calls (on a rota basis) - you will earn additional bonuses on any work that is actioned from the call!
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role and would suit somebody who is willing and able to offer additional hours where needed in order to hit their target and maximise their earning potential. Our client is offering a very competitive basic and uncapped commission structure.
