This is a Payroll vacancy for a fast moving, hospitality brand based in Central London. This position is on a six month's fixed term contract basis, and we are looking for someone on a short notice period (Maximum a week).

Our client is a well-known hospitality brand located in Central London, they are looking for an immediately available Payroll Assistant to join their accountancy team.

Description

Role: Payroll Assistant

Systems: Fourth Hospitality

Location: Central London

Duties:

  • Responsible for updating, preparing and processing payroll
  • Review and ensure accurate recording
  • PAYE payments
  • Calculating and processing Tax and NI deductions
  • SSP, SMP and SSP
  • Pension contributions
  • Pay increases, holiday pay, bonuses and other employee payments/deductions
  • Payroll year end (P11D and P60 forms)
  • Posting all payroll journals to the accounting systems
  • Training and supervising cover for weekly payroll
  • Ad-hoc accountancy and admin work

Profile

The ideal Payroll Assistant will have worked in a similar role previously, and understands working to tight deadlines, and in a fast paced environment.

Fourth Hospitality will be an added bonus for this role, however it is not essential.

Hospitality experience is a must.
