Recruiting for one of my key clients a Customer Training Executive within the document management solutions industry. This role is classed as a National position, however, you will be based from the Birmingham offices, considering candidates the Midlands area.


  • Provide client support for end users on a face to face basis and also remotely on all equipment and software solutions provided.
  • Design, produce & maintain all training materials (wall guides, internet and intranet content, user guides to a high standard
  • Create and design training schedules for hardware and software installs, large or small
  • Produce training packs containing: training proposals, communications timeline, wall and user guides and posters as per client requests
  • Ensure the standard of training provision provided is in accordance with Company expectations
  • Communicate with customers to a high professional standard to organise training sessions, date, time and site requirements, diary planning
  • Ensure all relevant training materials are present for the client when requested
  • Plan 3rd party involvement with manufacturers i.e. Sharp, Ricoh to assist with training requests on projects and installations where required, ensuring they have all the relevant information
  • Respond to training requests from external clients and internal teams
  • Ensure end user technology and working practices are transitioned with ease at all installations
  • Be proactive in looking for new and innovative ways of delivery training solutions for our customers
  • Complete and maintain training records and prepare reports for submission as necessary
  • Be proactive in identifying potential enhancements or improved working practices both for customers and internally
  • Ensure all training needs are delivered in a timely and cost effective way, securing value for money
  • Proactively seek opportunities to provide customer training
  • Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date by attending regular training sessions with our key manufactures and solutions portfolio
  • To have extensive knowledge of Ricoh, Sharp, Canon and Kyocera products. As well as PCounter, Papercut, Uniflow, Equitrac, Sharpdesk, Ecopy and Callisto print solutions
