A global media giant is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the International and TV production team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has solid coordination, contract experience in media sales and is looking to be a great support to the team.

The sales team are responsible for acquiring IP/formats - identifying and developing new opportunities. You will be responsible for administering the sales process, processing contracts, maintaining revenue forecasts, liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the department.

The role entails:

  • Processing of contracts
  • Using multiple spreadsheets to track status of deals from draft to sign off
  • Constantly reviewing the rolling forecast and comparisons to previous budgets
  • Reviewing aged debt reports
  • Administering the quarterly budgeting process and preparing forecasts
  • Assisting the marketing team with format catalogues
  • Maintain records of all sales-related documentation
  • Analyse weekly IP formats
  • Data base management
  • Coordinate and manage client requests
  • Process expense reports
  • Track contract progression - liaising with the Business Affairs & legal
  • Prepare sales presentations for clients
  • Collate future sales and dates for the team
  • Troubleshooting with IT to fix errors

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a sales or finance team in the TV & Film industry
  • Experience working with data bases and maintaining files
  • A wiz at excel, running reports, pivot tables and v- look ups
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package - Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
  • Experience coordinating and distributing the delivery process
  • A top education
