Contentious Construction Solicitor
A contentious construction solicitor is sought to join the Birmingham office of a leading international practice. As a specialist contentious construction solicitor you will undertake a contentious case load of construction matters within a highly regarded team.
The successful candidate will join a forward thinking law firm, with an excellent reputation for the quality of its construction practice. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, large scale disputes and to advise household name clients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as specialist construction litigation solicitors or within a more mixed construction position and seeking to specialise further. Candidates with strong backgrounds as more general commercial litigation solicitors who wish to move across in construction will also be considered. Experience in arbitration and adjudication files will be an advantage. In addition, the successful candidate is likely to have strong communication skills, the ability to develop internal and external relationships and a real interest in construction law.
