A new and exciting opportunity has risen with my client, a leading London-based architecture and interior design business, vibrant, full of life and growing rapidly. The role is for a Bidding/Document Control Assistant to join their Marketing and New Business Department on a 12 month FTC basis. The right candidate will be supporting a busy, deadline-driven central proposals desk throughout the client- focused pitching process, ensuring the highest quality when dealing with documents, bids and tenders.

Previous experience in a support function role and exposure working on projects and document control is essential. If you enjoy variety in your work and can perform well under pressure you will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
*Knowledge and exposure in the production of PQQs, tenders/ RFPs and interview presentation material
*Strong written English and exceptional grammar and a keen eye when re-writing proposals and documents to a high standard
*Exposure to project management
*Previous experience working in a support function role
*Maintain proposals data & copy library
*Manage CV database
*Assist with the tracking and follow-up of practice-wide pitching activities
*Co-ordinate & support contributions to departmental reporting
*Assist with wider departmental activities when needed
*Assist with market research/ client events
*General administrative support

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
*Degree-educated, preferably with a strong communications/ language element to studies
*Experience in a middle-weight role within an architectural/ interior design practice essential; you will understand the design process and the general functions within a consultancy environment
*Ability to produce high quality copy in excellent written English; spelling, grammar & syntax
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to build & maintain good relationships at all levels
*Demonstrated experience of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
*Good problem-solving skills
*Excellent note-taking skills
*A natural attention to detail
*A flexible approach to work
*Computer literacy - advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, etc.) an advantage
*A team player
*Ability to work in a culturally and socially diverse environment
