Job description:

In this highly successful media agency, you will be the head of the ad ops and programmatic team. You will be working with some of the biggest names in retail, transforming their media and advertising operations. Your role will be really focused on the strategy. You'll look at how best to plan the campaigns and you'll be spending a lot of time developing and nurturing your team below you. Your focus will be on business profit – looking at how you can maximise all of your channels for both your agency and your clients.

What we're looking for:

You will need to have some seriously solid digital media experience and be able to demonstrate on your CV a good number of years experience climbing through the ranks. Ideally you will come from a media agency or a media publishing background. You'll be an expert across ad ops, programmatic, analytics and technical ops. You'll have no issues using DSPs and SSPs and will be a sharp individual with an eye for detail. You'll be patient and open minded and excellent at mentoring a team.
This a 12 month contract and it essential that you are immediately available.
