Our client, a leading global accounting group, is seeking an MVL (members' voluntary liquidations)/ Insolvency administrator to join the team in their Birmingham office on a permanent basis.

As MVL / Insolvency Administrator, your duties will include:
*Preparing correspondence, ensuring statutory filing deadlines are met
*Ensuring relevant notices to Registrar of Companies, court etc are made
*Preparing shareholder documentation
*Minuting of statutory meetings
*Using IPS system to set up and update cases
*Agreeing routine creditor claims
*Completing and submitting post-appointment VAT returns
*Preparing documents for cash-book receipts and payments
*Managing the day to day running of each assignment
*Building and maintaining client relationships

Candidate requirements - MVL / Insolvency Administrator
*Previous experience within Insolvency Administration
*Minimum of 280 UCAS points is desirable
*CPI qualification would be preferred but is not essential
*Grade B or above in Maths and English Language at GCSE
*Strong analytical and research skills
*Able to manage projects and take ownership of assigned tasks
*Able to work as part of a team and use active listening skills in order to build
relationships
