Something’s not right in your current role, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this. Whether you’re annoyed with 'ABC’, deflated by unrealistic commission structures, fed up of corporate buzzword bingo (low hanging fruit, anyone?) or just plain bored, hold off on throwing yourself down the sales funnel just for a moment.

What would you say if we told you this could be the last time you’ll ever want to change jobs?

Here’s the deal: we need a sales executive to join us, someone who brings fun, enthusiasm, and ambition to our growing team. We’re one of the fastest emerging smart home brands in the world and we need someone who can keep up.

Hello, we’re Loxone

We believe smart homes should be simple and affordable. That's why we offer a complete smart home solution for lighting, heating, security, audio, blinds and more. What’s a Smart Home you ask? Put simply, it’s better living: enabling people to live happier, safer and more exciting lives in their homes through the intelligent use of technology.

The job in a nutshell

Our Partner network is the driving force behind the installation of Loxone Smart Homes. You’ll be actively calling our network of new potential Partners to build and maintain relationships with them and to introduce them to the benefits of joining the Loxone Partnership program.

You’ll also work with the marketing and Partner consulting teams to communicate new products, releases and upcoming events to our Partner network.

This is not a commission based role.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in telesales

  • Friendly & professional phone manner

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in telesales, who is seeking an opportunity to grow within a company, moving into a team leadership position, and taking an active part in building up a team around you.

You’ll be given responsibility early on and expected to deliver beyond expectations. You’ll have space and flexibility to apply yourself and if you have a great idea, or spot an opportunity, you’ll be able to take that idea and run with it, with our full support behind you.

To fit in with our team, you need a good sense of humour and a willingness to learn. There will be times you might be asked to do something that’s outside your job role, there are times you might be pushed outside your comfort zone, so if you think you can handle a challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Why should I apply?

There’s a heap of reasons why you’ll love working here, but here’s just a quick glimpse:

  • Secure, permanent role

  • Chance to progress into a leadership position

  • Small, friendly but fast growing company

  • Cutting edge technology

  • Modern office in a great location

  • Casual dress code

  • ...and much more!

We are offering a secure role for a hard working, determined person. There are no outrageous targets with the promise of commission - simply a promise that you’ll join a small, friendly and supportive team who will help you achieve your best.

Where is the job based?

This is an office based role, working from our offices in Theale, so there's no option for working from home in your PJs (sorry!).

On the plus side, imagine a typical office with tired looking carpet tiles, harsh fluorescent strip lighting and cubicles from wall to wall. Now rip that image up and chuck it in the bin. We’re nothing like that.

Instead imagine floor-to-ceiling glass, sleek design and of course, more smart technology that you can shake a stick at. Add a couple of giant comfy bean bags and a Nespresso machine and you’ve only scratched the surface of what we have to offer.

If you want to get away from it all at lunch time, our peaceful location in Theale Lakes Business Park means that you can wander around the surrounding lakes, get some fresh air and spot some wildlife. If that’s not your thing, there’s also a charming country pub just a stone’s throw away for a cheeky drink after work.

Despite our rural location, we’re just a couple of minute’s drive from Junction 12 of the M4, which means no battling with the morning rush hour traffic heading into Reading or London.

What are the hours?

  • 40 hours

  • Monday-Friday

  • Flexible working hours

  • Part time may be considered for the right person
