This new role is working for an exciting business based in the Wolverhampton area. You will have experience as a sales/telesales executive used to liaising and developing high level clientele. Ideally you will have experience within the fastener industry or associated products but not essential as training would be provided. As with all successful telesales executives you will be driven, passionate and have a can do attitude. You will be joining a rapidly expanding business, which will provide excellent earning and progression opportunities.

Your day to day duties will consist of the following;

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Managing accounts
  • Meeting targets
  • Maintaining excellent Customer Service with all customers (new and existing).
  • Handling customer issues and complaints.
  • Responsible for receiving and handling customer enquiries / orders.
