Key Account Sales Manager
As a Key Account Manager for this rapidly growing organisation, your remit will be to develop accounts on a national level. Earning a base salary of up to £40K + 25% bonus, this is a true account management role for a professional sales executive with excellent relationship building skills.
THE ROLE: The role of Key Account Sales Manager will see you selling a range of construction products into the merchant sector. Dealing with a number of high profile accounts, your remit will be to upsell within the merchants, training staff on how to effectively sell your product ranges and ensuring your stock is promoted well within the builder's merchants. Dealing with Branch Managers and Sales representatives within the branch, you will also be required to visit their end users with them, so your market place will also consist of contractors, sub contractors and Architects.
THE PERSON: In order to be considered for the role of Key Account Sales Manager you must be able to demonstrate at interview that you have either sold into or worked for a builders merchant. This must be in some form of sales. Your ability to work autonomously as well as your desire to learn and train colleagues, will also make you an attractive candidate for the role of Key Account Sales Manager.
