The Head of Brand & Communications will be responsible for shaping and developing the overall brand strategy to drive brand awareness and strengthen brand equity, as well as for the successful execution of PR and tactical activity across all segments.

  • Optimise marketing spend across the different customer segments and communication channels, bringing expertise to determine best spend across Digital, CRM and the more traditional channels.
  • Help build a distinctive, differentiated and engaging brand identity, including the creative direction, tone of voice, network appearance and all other customer touchpoints.
  • Shape the tactical activity to help deliver business targets
  • Deliver profitable increases in footfall
  • Maximise external agency relationships

We are looking for:

  • Expertise in a similar role, with a strong history of successful brand management
  • A track record of delivering winning tactical and promotional campaigns
  • Skilled in multi-channel marketing
  • Experience in both Retail and B2B marketing
  • A creative thinker, someone who can come up with new ideas to take the brand forward
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, having proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Having experience within distribution would be advantageous
