Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer, Remote Working
Our client is a market leading conveyancing specialist, with offices nationally. Due to growth, this firm is looking for an experienced fee earner to join them working remotely on a home working basis.
Conveyancer applying must have at least 2 years' experience managing a caseload of residential property files and must be confident working autonomously.
Our client will offer you the backing of a larger, successful business and you will be given both the administrative and technical support required to fulfil your potential.
This role is ideal for anyone looking to avoid the daily commute or be closer to home due to child care or other personal commitments, wanting to work for a market leading brand.
You will need to be well versed managing a caseload of at least 70 matters from inception to completion to include:
* Freehold sales and purchases
* Leasehold sales and purchases
Ideally you will have also gained experience handling the following matters although this is not essential:
* Shared ownerships
* Leasehold flats
* Tenanted properties
* Auction properties
* Right to buy files
