MI Analyst - Manchester - £25,000 - law firm
Working for a prestigious Manchester law firm, this is a challenging new role in an established MI department.
Reporting to the MI Manager, the role will be improving the MI service delivery by standardising the collection, validation and reporting for client accounts and internal production of MI reports.
You will be managing your own client workload,
Developing KPI/dashboard reports
Assisting with tenders and bids
Shaping IT systems to produce enhanced management information and analysis
Making improvements to the current MI reporting systems
Utilising the firms case management system to collate, produce and present MI reports.
Educated to degree level (desirable)
Highly numerate and analytical
Advanced Excel spreadsheets are a must
Good understanding of how to extract and analyse MI from multiple systems
Background in databases and/or SQL (desirable)
MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Legal and/or insurance background (desirable)
You must be confident and able to deal with different levels within business including fee-earners and partners.
