My client is looking for a talent Sous Chef.
With 2 restaurants on site and lots of conference and banquetings its a busy kitchen.
Its a branded hotel so there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress, whilst still being in the thick of the action.
Day to day activities will include;
- Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
- Supervising the brigade
- Support with Rotas and stock Management
- Cooking brilliant food
