We are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to work on a permanent full time basis covering the Luton area whilst being based at our Bishops Stortford office.
The Neighbourhood Officer will lead on the delivery of quality consistent and pro-active housing and tenancy management services to a range of tenure types with a view to supporting and strengthening sustainable communities.
To be the lead local contact for a geographical patch ensuring decisions at a local level are focussed on the customer and core service delivery.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Lead on delivery of an effective and compliant housing service incorporating all matters of tenancy letting, tenancy management and enforcement
- Lead on patch and property inspections to ensure they are well maintained and managed, present a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors, and are in line with neighbourhood management policy
- Deliver an end to end anti-social behaviour investigation and resolution service for customers and other stakeholders, leading on building and maintaining positive and effective partnerships with other bodies and agencies
You must be able to travel across regions as required.
