A superb opportunity has arisen for an IT Technician to join our client, a specialist IT solutions provider for creative subjects in the education sector.

As an IT Technician, you’ll be tasked with providing 1st line support to customers using our client’s services.
Working primarily with Apple products, you will:
- Troubleshoot a range of customers’ issues via telephone, email and remote access
- Strive to resolve all problems in a timely manner
- Perform installations, upgrades and fault-finding tasks at customers’ sites.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved
Interested? To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:
- Strong networking skills, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Active Directory, switches and routers
- A full driving licence
Logical and pragmatic, as an IT Technician, you will be highly motivated with great problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are also key, as is the ability to work on your own initiative.
An understanding of Apple server would be beneficial, as would knowledge of customers’ OS, which include Apple and Windows.
