Internal Sales representative to work for Manufacturing company based in Aylesbury
Manage specific customers through close interaction using telephone, email & other office based concepts. Support field based teams with marketing concepts to growth revenue in both new & existing customer

Reception duties including receiving incoming telephone calls, post and email.
Local purchasing of goods, stock and special items.
Management of internal and customer Health and Safety documentation.
Support the finance team with assistance in cash collection and booking of cash.
Support for field based staff with SAP, CRM and quotation issues.
Support for the customer service team in other locations
Follow up/closure of parts quotations and Service Agreement offers.
Processing on month analysis reports for General Manager.
Updating and cleansing of database in SAP and CRM for field sales and engineering teams.
Promote products to both new & existing customers in the UK & Ireland with aim to grow business yearly in line with corporate objectives.
Develop OEM business to generate increased installed base & market growth at new & existing customers
Identify & develop new system sales end user system business through close interaction with customers, aim to increase machine population through targeted approach using market & application knowledge
Develop recapitalisation business for old systems installed base by developing & managing a competitive trade-in concept.
Pro-actively develop aftermarket business through promotion of engineering, parts & maintenance products. Target to increase the average aftermarket spend per machine

The ideal candidate will have

3 to 5 years previous experience within an inside sales environment
Professional telephone manner with strong customer ethics
Target driven with the ability to measure own success using KPI's
Ability to work using their own initiative or equally as part of a team
Capable of working to set standards / deadlines & show good time management
Possess a creative flare with the ability to think "out of the box" to satisfy customers needs
Knowledge of web based media & email promotions
Well presented, enthusiastic & flexible in day to day duties
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP and CRM.
