Head of CRM & Digital
Our client is looking for a senior strategic CRM expert who has developed and implemented CRM programmes to lead the CRM & Digital team. The Head of CRM & Digital will be responsible for defining the CRM vision and strategy along with creating a new, dedicated CRM function. They will also manage a successful Ecommerce team and help drive continued growth online.
We are looking for someone who has hands on experience in introducing, implementing and managing a successful CRM programme. Ideally having experience within E-commerce would be hugely advantageous but if not don't let that put you off.
For this level of role we will also be looking for someone to be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledgeable in data interrogation tools and campaign management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence
- Strong commercial outlook
- Ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders
- Distribution or Retail experience would be advantageous
Our client is succession planning and so this role could be the stepping stone to Marketing Director.
