Looking for an experienced media research professional to join a high performing team within a Youth and Entertainment Consumer Insights & Analytics team. This role will be a pivotal member of the team, responsible for supplying performance analysis for both brands across their linear and non-linear platforms and ensuring best practice is in place to deliver this analysis.

* Experienced research analyst with established experience within a relevant media research background - ideally in TV research although candidates from other media owners, TV ad sales as well as research or media agencies may be considered.
* Highly numerate with strong statistical skills/background and qualifications (relevant degree with a strong numerical focus such as Mathematics, Science or Engineering).
* Highly competent at analyzing large datasets - with the ability to look beyond the numbers and transform data into actionable insight.
* Detailed working knowledge of TV data systems (TechEdge) and how to analyse this data and present any resulting learnings.
* Exceptional Excel skills with relevant work experience using excel to distill complex data sets into audience insights.
* Experience in long term performance forecasting, ideally of a linear channel but other platforms will be considered.
* Detailed knowledge of the UK TV and wider media marketplace and a strong interest in TV/digital entertainment platforms - from a consumer and business perspective.
* Strong communication skills both in written and verbal communications.
* Knowledge of relevant TV/Digital measurement systems (e.g. BARB, Techedge, Omniture, Comscore).
