A Financial Planning company in Fareham is looking for an Administrator with at least 3 years working in an IFA.
The role holder has primary responsibility for:
- Incoming and outgoing business post
- Office facilities and stock ordering and maintenance
- Organisation of internal events
- Overseeing the delivery of all aspects of business administration
- Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date
- Client data recording
- Client communication
- Client literature
- Product provider communication
- Client portal
- Client review packs
- Paperwork preparation for client meetings
