A Financial Planning company in Fareham is looking for an Administrator with at least 3 years working in an IFA.

The role holder has primary responsibility for:

  • Incoming and outgoing business post
  • Office facilities and stock ordering and maintenance
  • Organisation of internal events
  • Overseeing the delivery of all aspects of business administration
  • Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date
  • Client data recording
  • Client communication
  • Client literature
  • Product provider communication
  • Client portal
  • Client review packs
  • Paperwork preparation for client meetings
