Title: EMEA Account Manager (Public Relations) - Bilingual in Chinese and English

Location: Lulutrip London Office

Reporting to: Sales, Marketing & Operations Director

Working hours: 40 hours per week

A fun, energetic travel e-commerce company, we are currently seeking for an enthusiastic, quick-learning and engaging individual to join our EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy and execute effective plans to promote Lulutrip’s PR & Branding.

  • Contribute public relations strategy and assist senior management to select right channel of public relations exercises to target our Chinese-speaking customers in Europe.

  • Manage EMEA public relations budget and produce the highest ROI through effective public relations campaigns / events.

  • Write, edit, and produce press releases, newsletters, brochures and other online and offline public relations materials in Chinese, targeting our Chinese-speaking customers.

  • Develop and maintain relations with media in Europe to enhance Lulutrip’s public image.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Publishing

  • be passionate about travel and have extensive travel experience in UK and EU;

  • has demonstrable PR experience and sound digital marketing experience in travel industry, targeting to Chinese communities based in Europe;

  • is detail-oriented, logical, creative and able to think out of the box;

  • is a team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude;

  • has demonstrable ability to plan and organize multiple priorities simultaneously and to consistently meet deadlines;

  • is billingual in Chinese and English with fast Chinese typing speed;

  • basic knowledge of SEM and SEO;

  • has a passion for customers and commercial excellence.
