An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious Sales Advisors to join a successful and established Financial Management Company. Based in Manchester City Centre you will join the company on full time basis, earning a basic salary of £16,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE of £28,000).

As a Sales Advisor, your main aim will be to support in growing the business and providing excellent customer service. The successful Sales Advisor will also be responsible for: 

- Contacting prospective clients by telephone
- Contacting existing clients, with the aim to grow the business and upsell additional products and services
- Striving to achieve daily/monthly targets
- Presenting products and services to clients with confidence and providing all customers with a high standard of customer service
- Using effective sales and closing techniques
- Deal with both inbound and outbound calls to customers

The successful Telesales Consultant will preferably have demonstrable experience in a telesales role with proven success, although this is not essential. However passion and enthusiasm is a must! Training will be provided if you possess the following skills and experience:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Self-motivated
- Professional and persuasive communicator
- Driven by a desire to success
- Tenacity and determinations
