Software Application Support Consultant/Helpdesk Support Analyst - Bromley, Kent

*Bromley, Kent
*Permanent, full-time
*£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

An established and leading IT software development company is seeking an experienced Application Support Consultant/Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their successful business.

The role will involve:
*Providing exceptional 1st and 2nd Line support for bespoke business software.
*Investigating support tickets, problem solving and providing resolutions.
*Ticket ownership from inception to conclusion, providing excellent customer service at all times.
*Coordinating and installing software upgrades and new releases,
*Carrying out online client training sessions,
*Software testing and quality assurance.
*Liaising closely with in-house developers to manage software changes.
*Writing effective and detailed support notes, test scripts and internal/external user guides,

Skills/Experience Required:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong problem solving ability.
*Good technical aptitude.
*An organised approach with good time management skills.
*Ability to effectively prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
*Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
