Service Desk Analyst (1st Line)

This is a new opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) to join a successful tech company in St Albans, Hertfordshire. As part of an expanding Service Desk Team, you will come on board and provide technical support / 1st line to external customers.

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) with some good demonstrable experience within a technical support / 1st line role in hardware/desktop or software. You will boast excellent customer service skills, experience in taking high volumes of calls professionally, dealing with time critical issues efficiently as well as being enthusiastic about expanding your technical knowledge.

Service Desk Analyst / 1st line - Key skills needed:

  • Some proven experience in a similar support role, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good experience in resolving critical technical issues (hardware/desktop or software)
  • An enthusiastic attitude with a keenness to develop your career.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for technology.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst or a recent IT graduate with some commercial experience to join our friendly team.

Service Desk Analyst (1st Line)

Salary: up to £21k (depending on experience)

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
