Customer Service / Sales Advisor **INBOUND**
£16500 basic + on target earning £22k+

Shifts including weekends (1 per month)

We are recruiting for Customer Service / Sales Advisor on behalf of a very well establish market leading company based in Wythenshawe. Successful candidates will benefit from a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission averaging £20-£25k, 20 days holiday increasing to 25, pension, dress down first Friday of the month, canteen and vending machines on site, excellent discounts and free parking.

The offices are open Monday to Wednesday 8.30am - 9.30pm, Thursday 8.30am - 9am, Friday 8.30am - 7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 11am - 5pm, Bank Holidays 9.30am-5pm. You will work a mixture of shifts during these times and one weekend per month.

As a Customer Service / Sales Advisor you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and handling their enquires to make sales as well as following up on enquires made on line. You will deliver first class customer service to complete the sales process, fact finding and selling suitable solutions.
