Help Desk Analyst

Location: London (Central)

£22,000 - £25,000

My client is a Major Global Management Consulting firm. Founded more than 30 years ago, they employ more than 1,400 professionals across the globe.

Due to planned continued growth, they are now seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join the team. Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide excellent customer service while resolving issues in an effective yet timely manner.


- To provide 1st line support for basic IT support calls involving Windows systems, Apple and Android.
- Handle customer support requests via phone, e-mail, voice mail and IM.
- Participate in team projects that enhance the quality of service
- Tracking and Documenting the work and resolution activity in the company tracking system to ensure a resolution is provided in a timely manner
- Updating and keeping the internal inventory accurate
- Assisting staff that is highly mobile and could be working out of many locations such as the office, the airport, their home or various client sites.

This role will require you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service including empathetic listening skills, and be a solid self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.

- Educated to degree level
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing role in an IT setting
- Relevant I.T qualifications (Desirable)
- Be based within commutable distance to London Victoria
- Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well within a team and on own initiative
