- sales order processing and invoicing
- purchase order processing
- purchase ledger checking and entry
- bank posting and reconciliations
- payment runs
- journal entries
- assisting the financial controller in the preparation of management accounts monthly accounting reports.
- Adhoc book keeping assignments on Excel and Sage Line 50
- Administrative support for office administrator
This role would ideally suit a candidate with a positive can do attitude who is responsible and ensures high quality and standards in all of their duties. Clear communication is vital and they must be able to communicate at all levels. They must be numerate and have previous accounts related experience. Must have excellent IT skills and be well versed in the Microsoft packages and ideally have used Sage Line 50.
This role is based in Finchley. The HQ team consists of the 2 Directors / co-owners, supported by a Commercial Director, Financial Controller, Assistant Accountant, US Sales Manager, UK Account Manager, and Business Development Manager.
