Head of Marketing
Regularly appearing in the Sunday Times Tech 100 listing, our client is regarded as a global leader in technology and consultancy services related to Total Reward and employee engagement. Due to continued growth and promotion within the business, the company are seeking to fill the role of Head of Marketing.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's global marketing strategy, line management of the London-based Marketing team and all budgets and output relating to Marketing activity. In essence, this is a classic 'Head of' role and represents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and long-term success of the business.

So although we're looking for someone with c.8+ years experience in Marketing (a background in Tech or professional services is vital) and the ability to lead and inspire a team, what we also need is someone who has a genuine 'can-do' attitude, who has determination and drive to get the job done and the skills to negotiate and push through plans securing buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
Our perfect candidate will be a graduate, ideally in Marketing or a business-related subject, plus CIM. You will be a red-hot generalist Marketer, but a particular focus on Product Marketing will be especially useful.
