Salary: To £33k depending on experience + benefits
Location: Docklands, London.
This role is to work within marketing team and assist to plan and implement PR and marketing programmes. This role will provide effective PR, brand and marketing support for sustainable business growth and driving demand for company products across the region. Also the candidate will be reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, the Assistant Marketing Manager (AM) will also support and receive assignments and tasks from the team and support sales and marketing initiatives.
" Support Marketing and Business Development Manager on Europe marketing plan, campaign and development with a focus on Public Relations.
" Build and maintain good relationships with the media and voice leaders in the industry.
" Develop and maintain a complete list of media relevant to the business.
" Track all news and release relevant to the industry and the company.
" Maintain a reasonably good profile for the company in major relevant media.
" Keep a good record and diary of press communications activity.
" Write press releases.
" Arrange press conference or events.
" Assist on preparing various marketing communication materials including product catalogues, brochures, online and offline ATL & BTL marketing collaterals.
" Assist on various marketing campaigns and promotional events.
" Support and contribute information for business development team to manage relevant marketing support programme and promotions.
" Support desk, market information research and ad hoc projects
You must be educated to Public Relation Management or Communication or Marketing degree level or equivalent with at least 3 years' working experience, also have the ability to plan your own schedule and prioritize your workload.
" Good Language Skills - English must be fluent Equivalent.
" Good Writing, Editing and Written Communication Skills
" Good Event Planning Skills
" Computer Skills - Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage.
" Good organiser with excellent self-discipline
" Can work under pressure
" Good social skills and be able to build business relationships
" Must be a team player and assist colleagues across departments when required
