Sales Manager (SAAS) - Salary up to £70,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission. OTE £120k - £130k

Our client is a fast growing, innovative provider of Data Analytics Software that empowers Senior Business leaders of some of the world’s largest organisations.
About the role of Sales Manager
Due to growth we are looking for a Sales Manager to manage, grow and develop a team of 5 - 7 Inside Sales Executives / Business Development Managers who are responsible for selling an innovative data analytics / SAAS platform to new clients on a global basis.
We are looking for a successful Sales Manager with a background in managing successful Inside Sales teams and implementing best practice inside sales processes.
The Sales Manager will be required to develop the long term strategy for inside sales and effectively provide leadership and direction to the overall sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity with a fast growing company with ambitious plans and would suit a hungry and tenacious sales individual who has a minimum of 2 years Sales Management experience within SAAS / Business Intelligence who is looking for that next step up.
- Degree educated
- Proven track record of personally exceeding sales targets as a Sales individual and as a Sales Manager
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager managing and driving an inside sales team
- Demonstrable structured sales process
- Ability to coach and mentor other Sales Executives
- Passionate about sales and inspiring others around them
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience of working in SAAS, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is essential
