Exciting opportunity to join a fantastic events team in London as their events assistant! If you are proactive, self-motivated individual who always demonstrates initiative and determination then this is the ideal role for you! This is a maternity cover contract that may be extended!
Previous experience in the events industry or hospitality would be ideal!
Your responsibilities as the events assistant will include:
- To receive and process all events inquiries
- Administrative tasks of the event enquiry
- Liaise with prospective clients to discuss the event and its facilities, lay out and details
- Manage bookings
- Work with the creative team on delivering outstanding memorable events
- To promote a professional image at all times
- To undertake basic administrative duties
Experience required for the events assistant role based in London:
- Events experience
- Knowledge and experience with hospitality and catering
- Brand ambassador experience would be ideal
- High end, luxury hospitality experience would be preferable
- Interest and knowledge of the hospitality industry within London
