Exciting opportunity to join a fantastic events team in London as their events assistant! If you are proactive, self-motivated individual who always demonstrates initiative and determination then this is the ideal role for you! This is a maternity cover contract that may be extended!

Previous experience in the events industry or hospitality would be ideal!

Your responsibilities as the events assistant will include:

  • To receive and process all events inquiries
  • Administrative tasks of the event enquiry
  • Liaise with prospective clients to discuss the event and its facilities, lay out and details
  • Manage bookings
  • Work with the creative team on delivering outstanding memorable events
  • To promote a professional image at all times
  • To undertake basic administrative duties

Experience required for the events assistant role based in London:

  • Events experience
  • Knowledge and experience with hospitality and catering
  • Brand ambassador experience would be ideal
  • High end, luxury hospitality experience would be preferable
  • Interest and knowledge of the hospitality industry within London
