This interesting role is to assist the Operations Manager in the delivery of support functions for a respected Regional IFA practice.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Operations Manager, Operations Director and Group to ensure the smooth functioning of core processes.

  • Provide support to the group to ensure the consistent and improving use of Intelligent Office by all relevant parts of the business.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage the client review process for the group, liaising with Data Analyst and monitoring and communicating with Advisers and Directors as required to ensure the KPI for client reviews is met.

  • Assist the Operations Manager and Operations Director in process mapping and revision, and the roll out of new processes and procedures.

  • Work with the Operations Manager and IT/Marketing Manager to develop consistent use of Intelligent Office, aiding in training and dealing with queries as required.

  • Work with the Operations Manager and IT/Marketing Manager to develop use and content of NPConnect, NP’s Intranet.

  • To assist in other key projects as required.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous Financial Services experience working in IFA practices essential

  • Previous use of Intelligent Office preferred but not essential

  • Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to produce and interrogate data sets.

  • Planning and organising skills - able to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritise work and deliver to strict deadlines;

  • Attention to detail when producing data, reports, or other analysis;

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
