This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to take responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts based in SE1.

Receivable and also supporting the Financial Controller and the Management Accountant with day to day accounts. The ideal candidate will have AAT qualified Level 3 or equivalent, minimum one year's experience in a similar role including Credit Control and Advanced level Excel.


Supplier invoices & credit notes
Customer invoices and credit notes
Purchase and Sales ledger
Credit Control
Vendor reconciliations
Petty Cash reconciliation
Bank reconciliation in multiple currencies
Other ad-hoc duties as requested by line manager


MS Excel - advanced level
Credit Control essential
Ability to investigate and resolve queries
Minimum one year's experience in a similar role
Experience of Sage/Microsoft NAV preferred
Minimum of AAT Level 3 or equivalent
AP experience is essential
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
