Finance & Office Manager

£35,000 - £38,000 DOE

Full Time, Permanent Position

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance & Office Manager to join one of our top clients based in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful and proactive business.

The Role:


  • Raising and matching purchase orders
  • Purchase Ledger invoice data entry
  • Posting supplier payments
  • Dealing with client & supplier invoice queries
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Manage the credit control function
  • Payment runs
  • Preparation of VAT Returns
  • Produce monthly management accounts
  • Cash forecasting
  • Review and check balance sheet reconciliations
  • Complete management reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • SAGE 50 payroll processing for 6 employees.


  • PA to MD - diary management, chauffeur bookings, meeting room bookings, event organising, various personal arrangements.
  • Vehicle fleet management - insurances, tax, servicing, MOT's
  • Business Insurance management
  • General administration duties, typing correspondence, filing, scanning, copying, postage
  • Stationery replenishment
  • General upkeep and overseeing of the office - dealing with any service issues, i.e. broadband, telephones
  • Uploading of weekly service sheets and any equipment updates to spreadsheet and emailing to Client

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hands on Accounts and Office experience with good attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A motivated team player

This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
