A small successful firm of independent financial advisers is seeking an experienced administrator/client services manager to join their firm based in Fareham. Candidates will have experience working for a Financial Advisor ideally an Independent although this is not essential.

The role holder has primary responsibility for:

  • Incoming and outgoing business post
  • Office facilities and stock ordering and maintenance
  • Organisation of internal events
  • Overseeing the delivery of all aspects of business administration
  • Ensuring the CRM system is kept upto date
  • Client data recording
  • Client communication
  • Client literature
  • Product provider communication
  • Client portal
  • Client review packs
  • Paperwork preparation for client meetings
  • Overseeing the provision of HR Management and Practice
  • Procedures and processes updates
  • Training and development
  • Performance reviews (with Director)
  • Roles and responsibilities review and updates
  • Updating the user manual
  • Overseeing Continual Improvement policies and procedures
  • Client feedback and communications
  • Policy and procedure development
  • Recording and analysing data
  • Reporting and maintaining registers
  • Updating the user manual
  • Overseeing training, performance and development of individuals
  • Review meetings
  • Objective setting and agreement as part of review meetings
  • Reporting and maintaining documentation to support training and development
  • Researching and recommending training solutions

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
