PART TIME BOOKKEEPER
An established Shipping company based in the city are currently seeking a sole charge Bookkeeper on a temp to perm basis 3 days per week reporting to the directors.
Your duties will include:
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Pension Scheme
- Processing monthly payroll
- Year end accounts and payroll
- Bank posting and reconciliations
- Supplier Payments
- VAT Returns
- Monthly management accounts
- Monthly submission of figures to accountants
- Sage Payroll/Accounts experience
- Good IT skills with all Microsoft Office Packages
