The Role: Based in the North of England, the successful Business Development Manager will be selling mainly into existing builders merchants accounts, dealing at both branch and regional level. You will also be looking to develop some new accounts, working with buying group and federation's sales people in order to promote their products. The Company: Established fifteen years ago and part of a £16 million group, this company is now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager. They sell a great range of premium quality and contract level kitchens, manufactured in the UK, and are now looking for yet more sustained growth.
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have sold a construction product into builders merchants and buying groups
  • Experience of selling at both branch manager and regional manager level
  • Hungry and self-motivated sales people who are happy to travel extensively
