Business Development Manager – Financial Software Sales
80-90k Base, 120k Uncapped OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading global provider of audit recovery, fraud detection, payments monitoring and supplier collaboration solutions. As a growing provider of audit technology and services, our client helps Fortune 1000 companies streamline processes, eliminate overpayment and detect fraud. Due to rapid European growth they now have an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager to be based in London.
As an experienced Financial Software Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop and deliver a business plan and sales strategy for the region
- Ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability through direct selling of software and services
- Initiate and coordinate sales plans to penetrate new markets
- Lead the preparation of RFP’s, develop and maintain sales forecasts and submit reports of sales activity to the US
- Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedules to formulate policy and develop sales campaigns
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 8+ year’s Software sales experience
- Possess experience gained selling financial technology services or software applications to C Level decision makers in Fortune 1000 companies
- Have been exposed to outsourced financial services (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong and proven leadership skills
- Have structured sales training
The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary circa 80-90k with an uncapped 120k OTE plus an additional and generous benefits package.
